Self-Propelled Applicator
Hand propelled thermoplastic
raised-rib line marker has been developed
for either small patching works where it
is not cost effective to use large plant,
or for contractors not requiring the large
capital outlay of larger plant. The machine is very
manouvreable
and lightweight, but a very sturdy construction.
The machine comes complete
with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser,
propane tank heater and twin profile shoe
heaters fitted with laying shoe and following
of road contour changes. With a tank capacity of
60 liters, approx. 130 meters of 150mm line
per fill is available. The standard cam will apply
250mm and 500mm centers but can be supplied
to suit your requirements.
Profile lines offer excellent audible warning when driven
over and are still visible in wet/night time conditions. KWR-150 can be easily access to where large equipment couldn't
do. Raised profile system can be supplied to give staggered or uniform
patterns. Profile length and height are fully adjustable.
